This company truly puts their customers first and at ease during the entire process. Every associate was friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable about their services and the appropriate solution. Not only were they able to schedule me for an after hours emergency call the same day, but Cecil showed up as soon as he could because he was in the area, nearly 7 hours earlier than expected. My house required a full upgrade inside and out and they went above and beyond AGAIN and scheduled me for a Saturday service only 5 days later. Work on Saturdays is optional for their workers, and how fast they said yes to giving up their weekend time says a lot about how their company must treat their employees, and how everyone in the company is dedicated to providing the best service in the area. Shawn and his partner arrived promptly at 8 am and called ahead of time to let me know they were on their way, even in the rain. They arrived ready to work irregardless of the weather and the uncomfortable heat inside the house. When they left everything was cleaned up perfectly, manuals left on the counter and a supply of extra filters for the unit, 10-year warranty on the thermostat and most importantly a brand new, perfectly installed ICY cold energy-efficient AC unit. Thank you for providing my family with excellent and trustworthy service and truly helping make the best out of a tough situation. AC by DC LLC you really do ROCK!

My AC went out overnight and when I called they said they could have someone come the next morning (which I was happy with). Cecil came early and had my AC working within the hour. He was super professional and very sweet. He explained everything that was going on with my system and was completely honest. I am beyond happy with his service, I was afraid I was going to be told I would have to replace the whole system inside and out like another company told me a couple years after moving into my brand new house. Still haven’t had to replace either and it’s been many years since that other company told me that. This company is my go to company from now on. Now I understand why my friends all recommended them. I'd recommend these guys 100% to anyone with an HVAC issue. They were professional and did a great job with everything including the clean up! 1 month later its super hot outside and wonderfully comfy in the house. Great job AC by DC!

AC went out on a Saturday night and house got warm fast. I called Sunday at 8 a.m. and they had a tech out within a few hours. He was knowledgeable, courteous and took care of the problem fast. He had the part with him and prices were very reasonable. Checked the rest of the system while he was here and gave me some maintenance tips to keep the system running smooth. We're new to the area and very happy we found a reputable company to help us out. Thank you!!
