He took the time to thoroughly diagnose the issue, clearly explain what was going on with my HVAC system, and walk me through the best options without any pressure or upselling. What really stood out was his attention to detail and honesty. He worked efficiently, answered all my questions patiently, and made sure everything was running properly before he left. You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about doing the job right. Very good company and truly professional. Jiming came to my home and performed a complete inspection of my AC unit. He walked me through every detail, addressed all of my concerns, and explained exactly how to solve each issue. He even offered different options based on my needs.
