We have a sticky situation that we needed help with regarding the height of our outside HVAC unit blocking the view of our condo neighbors. Alfredo was so helpful in explaining our options, next steps, etc. He walked the property with us to see how other units were installed. He discussed with our condo president. We came up with ideas and next I will work with our condo association to make a decision. Thank you for your creativity and knowledge!

I found R&R by doing research locally for the best AC repair and replacement service. After an initial assessment that included Lennox honoring warranties for new units better than Bryant was through Carrier, Alfredo and Yandry gave me solid options to replace our unit with superior, 10-year warranty units for only a few grand more than the replacement coil we were about to buy for our existing unit. We ended up also discovering some awesome Lennox rebate/tax credit/energy rebate that actually made the better model that we wanted $11 less on paper than the introductory model. Alfredo said he recommended the E19, they set us up on a unit that I learned was made specifically for houses in Florida-like climates. It’s only been a few hours since our installation today and I watched this team work with their two other team members to do this job right. I highly recommend that you hit these Cubanos up and give them a chance to win your business. I feel like I joined a Cuban family and also got the best AC unit possible. God bless the team, 5 stars!

After 3 years of having their AC system installed they have continuously been great with customer support. Extremely responsive and proactive to answer my questions. After hurricane Milton, my blower was messed up, they were fair with the replacement cost and extremely fast with the replacement. If you are looking for a fair priced, supportive team to help with your AC needs, look no further, these guys are top notch.

Yandry at R&R Cooling Solutions was excellent! He was quick to diagnose and fix our AC, incredibly friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly.
