Wish the questions below had information I could add directly! First , I had called for a leaking kitchen sink drain and they were able to fit me in the next day. I understand that doesn't happen often, but I am forever grateful! The plumber that came out was very professional. Although it was just the kitchen sink we asked him to look at, he took the extra time to look at an outside water socket as well as a sink in the master bathroom. I was given an overall cost for him to proceed forward. He had reached out to his supervisor to make sure he didn't miss anything with the kitchen sink as it was a super easy fix. He didn't charge for the bedroom sink as he couldn't repair it - just said the overall fixture needed to be replaced and that should solve the leaking issue. Since this is our first "home", we would just submit tickets for issues with the rental homes. For the time and effort spent on working on these 3 issues, I feel it's worth the money. If we have any future issues (as we have only been in this house for 2 weeks!), I plan on calling Grable Plumbing and Air again. The time he spent as well as the knowledge and advice he shared was well worth every penny!
When calling to schedule an appointment for a tech to come out to give me an estimate on plumbing issues, I was very happy to hear that a tech was scheduled to come out the same day. My technician Dave arrived within the timeframe I was told he would be, he was professional and very helpful on answering any questions I had. Overall, I was happy with Grable Plumbing & Air.
Just had Grable Plumbing come to diagnose a problem with my water pressure. Once again I was impressed with the service. They are as honest and reliable as could be. We had them install a water heater and we were very impressed. I never realized we were being ripped off using other companies until we used a real plumbing service like Grable. Do yourself a favor and give them a chance and you will be major impressed.
As a GC---I had an issue, I called Grable, a VERY pleasant Lady answered got all info needed and a Tech was on site with in 30mins. Problem was resolved with in a Hour. The whole experience was just excellent and efficient. Tech sent quote with in minutes (I approved) work was completed. THEN OFFICE REVEIEWED----they adjusted the total bill lower noticing a discrepancy. VERY THOROUGH, I will be using them again and recommending to everyone in the area. Good Company!!!
I had a great experience today. My AC wasn’t working and Grable was quick to help. The technician, John Conway, was professional and detailed with his service. I highly recommend this company for their services.
