Sergio was fantastic. He arrived promptly and diagnosed the issue with my dishwasher, ordered the part and completed the repair the next morning. He ensured the dishwasher was working properly and there were no leaks. He was respectful of my home and cleaned the area as needed before he left. I found his fees to be fair for the work done. Our Maytag dryer had one of the 3 taller drum baffles break on me. I called this company who was able to diagnose the issue on the phone based off the specs and model and promptly fix the issue the next day. When he arrived, he was kind enough to replace the short one as well as a bonus and cleaned the insides of the dryer which had a lot of lint. Before leaving, he tested the unit and found a blockage on the vent exit cover and removed the large obstruction of dust and debris. He explained another issue we probably had which was the slowness of drying. This was true because our drying went from 60 minutes to 90-100 minutes but now it doesn't take that long anymore. I'd recommend them to anyone that wants reliable service and cares about addressing the root causes instead of dealing with the symptoms.
Sergio was great as always. Third time he has helped me. This time at my home in parkland when my refrigerator went out he came by same day and diagnosed the issue and was able to get a replacement part for the next day. Highly recommend his service.
What great service! I decided to call Sergio after seeing all of the fabulous reviews. I have to admit I was somewhat skeptical though because there were so many very positive reviews and was thinking "to good to be true". However, I have to say the repair service for my GE stack-able washer/dryer exceeded all my expectations. Very professional, arrived when he said he would, was efficient with trouble-shooting and fixing the issue. Definitely recommend Sergio for appliance repairs.
I needed my dryer fixed quickly and got the repair done within 24 hours of my request. Found the broken belt, replaced it within half an hour, and was completely done less than 40 minutes after arrival. Whenever I need an appliance repaired, I'm coming to Lion first!
