This was my first experience as a homeowner, and my house (built in 1969) still had the original cast iron piping. I called several plumbing companies, and honestly, most of them made me regret my decision to buy the home quoting me anywhere from $15,000 to $18,000 for an exterior pipe repair. Then Robert from Diamond Plumbing came out and completely changed the experience. He took the time to sit with me and clearly explain what the job would involve, reassuring me that it wasn’t a complicated job for their team. He gave me a fair and reasonable price and let me know they could have it done in just one day. Two days later, Robert and his crew were on-site getting the job done. I couldn’t be there since I was at work, but Robert kept me updated with photos and videos throughout the process something I really appreciated. His crew was professional, efficient, and respectful of my property. They worked cleanly and took great care of my lawn and yard. From the friendly lady in the office to Robert and his hardworking crew, the entire experience was smooth and stress-free. I had a great experience with Diamond Plumbing and would definitely recommend them. I was able to get a free in-person consultation within one day of contacting them, which I really appreciated. I needed to add a shut-off valve to my house’s main water line. They provided a time window for when the plumber would arrive and also sent a text message when he was on the way, which made it much easier for me to plan my day. The plumber, Arian M., was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He arrived on time and completed the project in a timely manner. I met with four other companies, and choosing Diamond Plumbing was a clear choice. I would absolutely use them again and would request Arian for future projects.
