Our experience has been terrible. In September 2024, we hired this company to build and enclose a porch, making an initial payment of just over €10,000. At Christmas 2024, they informed us that the materials were ready for installation and that we would schedule installation dates after the holidays. That didn't happen. In the summer of 2025, after many broken promises and much persistence, we finally managed to get them to come and install the structure. It seemed like the installation was finally going to begin (finally, something had been done more than six months after we paid the deposit; at least it wasn't a complete scam). That wasn't the case. The evasiveness and excuses continued (the same as those found in other reviews) while we wasted vacation days from work on appointments where no one ever showed up and nothing was ever actually built. We finally decided to take legal action and sent a first registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt (burofax) through our lawyer. During this time, he came to install one of the seven sandwich panel roof panels, once again offering rather dubious excuses. This single, poorly and hastily installed panel is obviously useless to us, and far from giving us any hope that the work will continue, it only increased our doubts about his willingness to finish the job and to do so with a minimum acceptable quality. After everything that had happened, we could no longer trust his services and offered to reach an agreement to complete the roof and make the corresponding adjustment to the price. This was also sent via a second registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt (burofax). The registered letters seemed to be ineffective, and after inquiring, he informed us that THE COMPANY HAS CHANGED ITS ADDRESS. Although we also sent an email, always acting in good faith until the very end. Currently (March 2026), we have filed the corresponding lawsuit since there has been no response from them, demonstrating their unwillingness to reach an agreement. The service we have received has been highly unprofessional, with them admitting they had prioritized other projects. And we still don't have a porch, let alone an enclosure... And we have to pay all the associated costs in addition to the down payment we already made. I've attached some photos taken by the surveyor we also had to hire.
I'm delighted with the pergola they installed on our terrace. It's a solid structure, very elegant design, and simply beautiful. The work was very professional, and the service was excellent, even though they had to travel to Zaragoza. Peter was a delight, very attentive to every detail and the final result.

Excellent service and advice from the entire Exolux Systems staff. We achieved the result we wanted: to make the most of the pool area space year-round. We truly couldn't be happier with the project. The combination of the wooden porch and the glass curtains provides us with a multifunctional and pleasant space to spend our free time. We wanted a large, minimalist roof, in keeping with the house's aesthetic, with a couple of essential yet functional details. It seemed like a simple task, but due to the dimensions and the placement of the elements, we couldn't find anyone willing to take on the challenge. By chance, I came across an Exolux vehicle while they were doing another installation a few blocks from my house and picked up the phone. I contacted Peter, and we met the next day. I explained my idea, and without the slightest hesitation, he gave me a quote for the project. He advised us on all the details we had overlooked: awnings, glass, structural details, etc. Like any custom project tailored to the client's taste, it takes time. Not everything goes perfectly the first time, and even once finished, not everything is fully functional immediately. But the necessary changes, adjustments, and refinements were made (without any problems from Exolux, who coordinated the visits), and now it's perfect and serves its purpose. In the end, the structure is divided into two areas: One is a parking area, constructed with sandwich panels, completely free of beams and with a concealed drainage system, featuring a large rear glass skylight and sensor-activated lighting. The other area includes automatic verandas and automated lighting. The installers are professional, efficient, and clean (which is not very common these days). We are very happy with the final result. Thank you very much.
