This is a long review but it could save you a headache and time wasted. Buyer Beware!!! Do they sell inexpensive cabinets? Yes, they do, but remember you get what you pay for. This was our experience. * Trip #1 We bought kitchen cabinets and two bathroom cabinets with toppers and sinks. The total was almost $3000. We paid $120 for delivery and the following day received everything except the bathroom toppers with sinks. Also, 2 of the cabinets were supposed to be drawers and they weren’t. The delivery guy said he asked for the toppers but was told we didn’t buy them. * Trip #2 We went back to pick up the toppers and change the cabinets. We weren’t offered a refund for the delivery fee. We should not have had to make a trip back in two cars for something we paid to be delivered. * Trip #3 After our installer put in the cabinets, we noticed 2 were a different “white”. Also the trim around the fridge was a different color. I went to the store to change them and was given a hard time saying that they were the same. They were not. They finally changed just the front of the cabinets and I left with what they gave me because I was so frustrated with them already. * The owner “Tito” was there and I told him all the issues I had had. He made light of my situation and seemed to not care, instead he shrugged his shoulders and made an inappropriate joke to his employee. To be more exact, he teased him that the delivery guy was his boyfriend. The look on the employee’s face was of embarrassment. He did not appreciate the joke. This was so rude especially because I was right there. In summary, this was OUR experience. We did save money but it still came at a cost. If you decide to buy cabinets here, triple check them and again, remember that you get what you pay for, or in their case, you have to argue and make multiple trips to get what you paid for. This place has everything you need. I’ve been a long time customer, and they never disappoint. Very Knowledgeable staff. And my interactions with the owner has been nothing but positive. Their recommendations has saved me and my clients money, which always goes a long way. Extremely professional but still manages to somehow deal with your business like family. My one stop shop, for all my needs.
This place has everything you need when it comes to cabinets, bathroom tubs, doors, and shower walls, with the best prices in central Florida. I went in to get cabinets for my kitchen remodeling and I was assisted throughout the whole process to walk out with 16 cabinets and a kitchen island. Very easy going staff that will help you however they can. Would definitely be back and recommend to anyone looking for home renovations or even new constructions kitchen and bathroom.
Tito, the owner, was great to work with. I found him in Facebook Marketplace. He answered all of my questions and concerns, even after work hours. This store has the best prices. I purchased a stand-up shower with base for a couple of hundred dollars less than the Home Depot store. He also offered an exchange if you find any damage on the items you purchase from him. That's says a lot about the store and its owner. I drove 1 hr and 30 minutes to this store and it was worth it. I highly recommend this store to family and friends. I will definitely keep coming back for other furniture. Thank you, Tito and your team.
Saved lots of money here and they were easy to deal with. They have lots of merchandise to choose from. Look over carefully. We drove from North Florida to Orlando after seeing facebook marketplace advertisements and we are very pleased!!
