I was frustrated by the insurance company's website and customer service line, so I called Deluxe. Tracee returned my call in minutes, listened to my concerns, and promptly and effectively got my problem resolved. Her pleasant service made my day.

As sad as I am to do this I have to now voice my concerns. I had Ted write a policy for my home owners insurance and once he did I sent him over the mortgagee clause for my lender including all the correct details. 5 months go by and my mtg. Company reaches out to me stating they need to know if I have home insurance. I reach out to Deluxe and was told they show I have coverage. I later find out that Chase my mortgage company never got the invoice to pay because come to find out Ted sent the invoice to the wrong place. Now since I had a lapse of coverage the only place I could get insurance from had a yearly premium about $1500 higher. So I get screwed when it was not my error. Then Ted knowing our lapse of insurance was the issue we were facing wrote the new policy stating we had coverage prior which he knew we did not so after getting new insurance they upped the premium another $300. Now costing us for his mistake $1800 bucks. What I find to be the most frustrating is I have sent him a ton of business over the years and in fact have a list of every person. But what kills me is his lack of ownership and him now avoiding me and going weeks with out a reply I think is absolute child’s play. Never once has he apologized or done anything to compensate the near $2k difference his error has costed me. Neither problem are because of me. I think that is honestly a problem and the exact reason for my post and why I am reaching out to the state.
