Very Bad Experience Extremely Poor Service Very disappointing experience. The person in charge told me that he was “on the way”, but it has now been more than 6 hours and he still hasn’t arrived. This is completely unprofessional and a waste of the customer’s time. If you cannot provide the service on time, at least be honest with the customer instead of making them wait for hours. Very poor service and communication. I would not recommend this company. On top of the unacceptable delay, the staff’s attitude and behavior were very disrespectful. Customers deserve better communication, honesty, and professional service. Very poor experience and definitely not recommended.

Very poor services, people not polite at all, disconnect the phone conveesation when im talking, the package suppose to arrive today as per their message, all the day their calling to say delivery in the way, after waitimg all the day they said not day someone will call you tomorrow!!!and disconnest the phone still im talcking!!!

The worst delivery company ever How come your customers keep calling your drivers more than 5 times and no one answer or they reject!!!!! Many drivers promise to come but they cancel from their selves. Because of this company I will never order from Amazon again because I had only a bad experiences
