Our design studio used K&K for receiving and delivery for our clients full condo furniture install this past weekend at the Paramount. This was an out of state install for us so having the items meticulously logged by the warehouse team was a huge help. The four guys delivering our pieces had an incredible attitude. They we're with us all day and moved two sofas that barely fit in the elevator, assembled several large pieces and we're generally so patient and kind. One of them mentioned working long days this week but being thankful for the overtime. These four deserve a raise for sure. Couldn't have done it without them.
No. Every person you speak with likes to tell you that they've "been in business for 35 years." Repeatedly. If that's the case then they should have better customer service. 1. If you only handle "high end show rooms and warehouses" madam, then why does it say RESIDENTIAL MOVES on your website? 2. Why was a residential move happening in my neighborhood which is how I heard of you? They apparently are "booked months out" and cannot accommodate. Too bad, you lost not only my business - but other neighbors moving out as well.
Do not use this company. They have un ethical workers. Also, I saw 2 of their drivers purposely run a driver off the road on indiantown on Jupiter. If they had any furniture in the truck it definitely got damaged.
From start to finish this is an incredible company. Exceptionally detail oriented. Exceptional care with my furnishings. Exceptional customer service. Exceptional standards. While renovating I shipped all my products and furnishings to K& K. Everything is inspected, photographed and inventoried. If there is any doubt they send an email and discuss action. The team that delivered and installed all my furniture were caring and professional and clean. They laid the rugs, built the beds, did it all. 100% satisfied!
The move was done well HOWEVER!!! Many of My treasured items were STOLEN and/or LOST from K&K when they CHARGED ME $500.Month stored and my items for 4.5 years. Apparently NO EFFECTIVE security they stored and a while later moved . They Transferred ALL my items and moved to a new facility and They carelessly stored my items in a storage closet, unwrapped and available for anyone to view and walk off with. Missing = 2 full toolboxes, My full library of cassette tapes from my childhood, my breadmaker etc etc etc. BOO TO THEM!!! Ok to move you BUT NEVER STORE ANYTHING WITH THEM! It saddens me to post this review because everyone is polite however this is a REAL EVENT and there should be no denial of us being a customer by K&K as we were a direct referral from the Designer, and if they claim we were not a customer that is to get this review removed. I do think this may have been a one off? But I’m gonna post the truth and what really happened. If they claim we were not a customer that is a flat out lie. I have canceled checks. I can post on here if need be.
