Been coming here a while and it’s always been very mediocre. Car usually has some wax and swirls left on the car, rims always left dirty. Gave it one last shot today for 200 bucks. Won’t come back. Watched the way the workers washed the car and these boys are lazy. Tipping 20% upfront won’t even get you a little elbow grease. If you want it done right do it yourself or go somewhere else.

I have been a Brickell Reserve customer since they opened and it is incredible to see how they maintain, and even exceed, their level of excellence every day. What I value the most is the detailed supervision; they make sure that the car is perfect using high-end products. In addition, they make you feel at home: they offer you coffee, water or sparkling water while you wait in their super comfortable area. The location is a total plus, since you can leave the car and walk to the City Center for lunch or errands. You can see the passion they have for a job well done. 100% recommended! In addition, they always have points to collect so much so that several times I have taken a free carwash

I had an amazing experience here! From the moment I arrived, the team was professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about the quality of their work. They took the time to explain the services and made sure I got exactly what I needed. My car looked absolutely spotless inside and out, you can really tell they pay attention to the details. The staff was friendly, efficient, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s not just a car wash, it feels like a premium service. Great experience with RESERVE Detailing! My car came out looking amazing, and the attention to detail was excellent. The whole team was professional and friendly.
