We’ve had the absolute pleasure of having Chef Gianni from A Touch of Spain and More cater two of our networking events, and we plan on having him for all future events! The food is nothing short of spectacular—flawless flavors, perfect presentation, and an unforgettable experience every time. His flan is the best we’ve ever had, hands down, and the shrimp and pork dishes are equally phenomenal. Chef Gianni truly brings the best of South Florida cuisine with a Spanish twist to every plate. If you’re looking for a caterer who will wow your guests, look no further. Five stars isn’t enough!

Can’t thank Chef Gianni and his wife Christina enough for making Richard’s 70th birthday celebration so special! From start to finish your professionalism put me at ease. And of course all the food was fantastic! The night couldn’t have been better! I highly recommend A Touch of Spain for your next party!

Gianni and his team at A Touch of Spain are absolutely amazing! Extremely professional, knowledgeable, and really take the time to listen. Most importantly, their food is absolutely amazing - both delicious and beautifully presented to ensure your party goes off without a hitch. One of their mottos is "We look good, but taste better" and that could not be more true! I would absolutely recommend Gianni and team for a party of any size - you will not be disappointed!!!

Chef Gianni provided an individualized service to his clients. The food, the Flavors and the presentation are incredible, delicious food. Having him and his staff was a great experience, I didn’t have to be worry about anything, I just enjoy the party while they were doing all the magic. I will definitely call them again. Absolutely Exceptional Experience! A Touch of Spain exceeded every expectation. From the very beginning, their communication was prompt, professional, and friendly. The food was absolutely incredible — beautifully presented, and perfectly prepared. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how delicious were every dish! The staff was courteous, attentive, and clearly passionate about what they do. You can tell they take pride in every detail, from setup to service. A Touch of Spain truly brought a special touch to our event and made it unforgettable. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for outstanding food and top-notch service.
