Sean was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. He responded quickly, arrived on time, and diagnosed the AC issue faster than anyone we’ve used before. He explained everything clearly, gave honest recommendations, and had our system running perfectly in no time. What really stood out was his professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for doing the job right instead of rushing through it. The house is colder than it’s been in years, and the price was more than fair for the quality of work. Highly recommend — easily a 5-star experiences
Sean was great! He was very communicative and answered all of our questions! Evan and Cayden were very efficient and funny during the installation (we never talked). Would definitely recommend to close family and friends:) THANK YOU SO MUCH!
I had R&A come out to do the typical bi-annual inspection. There team has always been very knowledgeable compared to other companies. I needed my drain line replaced as water was backing up into the system and my switch was not lifting. The technician, Sean, redid the drain line and clean all the equipment to prevent mold growth. The drain line was redone to prevent low points and water backing up again. Great job. Thanks again.
Great experience. Sean is a highly knowledgeable and expert HVAC technician. I am both glad and satisfied that I have a contract with R&A industries simply because of the quality of the service that a technician like Sean provides. 5 stars!
Ryan E. came out to my home and was able to quickly determine my problem and get it fixed. He was on time, explained everything well and his work was top notch! I will definitely be using them again for any work I need done.
