Sean was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. He responded quickly, arrived on time, and diagnosed the AC issue faster than anyone we’ve used before. He explained everything clearly, gave honest recommendations, and had our system running perfectly in no time. What really stood out was his professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for doing the job right instead of rushing through it. I’ve been using this company for my A/C maintenance every 6 months, and I always request Shawn—he’s outstanding. He’s professional, punctual, and takes the time to explain everything clearly without rushing. During the latest visit, he identified that my system was low on coolant and handled it efficiently, making sure everything was running properly before leaving. You can tell he really cares about doing the job right, not just checking a box. It’s hard to find technicians you can fully trust, but Shawn is definitely one of them.
