worst pharmacy in area. staff don't really care about helping people and pharmacy is more concerned with clocking in and out then helping customers. not a particularly well maintained store. irregular hours especially at the pharmacy. high prices for bad service.
I had a frustrating experience with the photo center due to an employee’s lack of problem-solving and customer service skills and long wait times. On two separate visits, the same employee was unable to locate my order, did not ask clarifying questions, and provided incorrect information about order returns , saying my personalized photo mug will be sent back to the store in 2 days after no pickup despite tracking showing the item was delivered the same day I visited the store. In both cases, she defaulted to saying “wait for the manager” rather than attempting solutions. The manager located the package within minutes, in an area that should have been checked initially. During my second visit, the issue repeated, the employee appeared overwhelmed, and again offered no resolution while the manager was unavailable. I ultimately left rather than continue wasting time dealing with poor processes and ineffective customer handling. Order 64332301321058
I went to this pharmacy looking for Iodine for skin use and the experience was disappointing. When I asked for Yodine, the staff told me it was “a Latin product,” which shows a lack of basic knowledge about common medical products. Iodine is not a Latin product — it is an international antiseptic used worldwide. Not carrying it is one thing, but dismissing it with incorrect information is concerning, especially coming from a pharmacy. What stood out most was the misinformation rather than the lack of availability. I expected professional guidance, not confusion or unnecessary labeling. Overall, this was a frustrating experience and not what I would expect from a trusted pharmacy.
Walgreens, a very good store for almost anything from food items, to soft drinks and beers, wines etc... to over the counter pain killers, vitamins and many many more. Let me start by stating tgat the staff in here aee genuinely k8nd and welcoming. Anytine of the day ir night you enter here you are immediately faced with a smile and a welcome to Walgreens. It always feels good when you are greeted. Members of staff speak English and Spanish and ask you if you had everything okay and found what you need. I guess it is for them to report to their management just in case a customer did not find one or the other item. So, members ot staff, (the 1st reason that I go and become a repeat customer in any business) are just awesine and seem to have integrity towards their iob in this branch. visited this to buy few stuff. I heard there were discounts and special deals on certain products. I bought few in the sale. I would also like to admire and appreciate efforts of manager of the store. I was having issue inactivating a prepaid card, although I bought it from another county of the Walgreens, However, the manager haled all the way to assist and returned the card back. I also bought a replaced card for use there.
