Awful service, they need to retrain their staff on how customer service works and find a better pricing system. The majority of the staff is always rude, in a bad mood and unhelpful. If out of the 7or 8 employees 2 are nice and helpful it’s a miracle. They always miss price the product and then they don’t want to honor it. Usually the customer is always left to fix the error for the staff or end up not buying anything due to the aggressive or rude attitude of the staff.
The cashier refused to scan or enter a Walgreens gift card I had received, wagged his finger at me and my girlfriend, and stayed completely silent while staring at us. After asking many times for him to explain what was going on, and only said “we don’t scan these here,” and would not explain what that meant. After we continued to ask why the gift card wasn’t acceptable, he said “they’re not buying these,” took our items from us and threw them into the trash. We contacted Walgreens but they took no action. I would not feel safe interacting with the employees here, especially when physical behavior like this does not seem to concern Walgreens. My girlfriend specifically refuses to go here because the employees act threateningly, and it seems like it’s not important to management. Why risk the guy at this store taking your items from you and tossing your stuff into the trash when there are two CVSs where you won’t get harassed within a 2 minute walk?
Horrible service. My wife wasn’t allowed to use the women’s bathroom because it’s for employees only and was told to use the men’s restroom. When she went in it was absolutely disgusting with the toilet covered in piss and the “trashcan” is a clear bin on the floor. This is disgraceful for a Walgreens.
The employees really need to work on their customer service. I was saying that's a hotel across street, and I went in there Several times because it was convenient. The store is extremely clean, but there are employees are terrible.
Walgreens, a very good store for almost anything from food items, to soft drinks and beers, wines etc... to over the counter pain killers, vitamins and many many more. Let me start by stating tgat the staff in here aee genuinely k8nd and welcoming. Anytine of the day ir night you enter here you are immediately faced with a smile and a welcome to Walgreens. It always feels good when you are greeted. Members of staff speak English and Spanish and ask you if you had everything okay and found what you need. I guess it is for them to report to their management just in case a customer did not find one or the other item. So, members ot staff, (the 1st reason that I go and become a repeat customer in any business) are just awesine and seem to have integrity towards their iob in this branch.
