Ozzie the owner was Honest and trustworthy. Provided excellent quality workmanship and delivered and installed over 200 feet of railing and spiral staircase on time correctly. His team of workers were respectful of my property and house and left the worksite clean. Out of ten other companies including the spiral staircase was 20% priced better than the next company. 20k Handshake deal which was honored in every way. Highly recommend. Ozzie will be doing additional work for me on another project.

Ozzie assisted me with a repair to my gate door that had fallen off. The crew was absolutely amazing and the door looks like it never had an issue. Thank you so much…i definitely will use them again and recommend for repairs.

Great experience from start to finish. They were responsive, provided a fair quote, showed up when promised, and completed the job exactly as described. The communication was excellent, and the entire process was easy and hassle-free. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

Griffith metals products Inc. First day Gates arrived at my home. They had a hole in fense and all scratched up! So they had to take the gates back and have them repaired, which is ridiculous that I’m buying new gates and they have to be repaired and re-powder coated. They were delivered with no protection like a blanket to protect them. Second time they came the workers seemed pretty clueless, and my husband had to get the jackhammer and help them out. Then they install hinges on my door of the gate and then they go to install the gates and the gates don’t fit because they used the wrong hinges between the door and the gate so it couldn’t be installed and that was on the south side of my house. Now the north side, they installed it incorrectly because when you close the door of the gate, it had too wide of a gap approximately 1.5/2 inch of a gap, which means when you put the locks on the gate, they’re not gonna reach the other side of gate to lock into! They had to come back a third time to cut the concrete out of my ground so that they can move the fence over to the left so that when you put a lock on the door it will actually lock the gate door! These people seem like their newbies and clueless! That same day the workers told me that they could not install my locks and handles when the owner of the company told me they don’t normally install locks and handles, but they would do it as a courtesy. I called and spoke to the owner Ozzy and he reminds me to remember that I told you as a courtesy we would install the locks. Well, my guys don’t know how to do it, but I will try to find you someone that can do it as a courtesy. Didn’t hear back from him! Now today’s the fourth day and I hired somebody else, and my husband was gonna help him if he needed help and the worker came to my house to install the locks and tells me he can’t install the locks because the people who installed fences didn’t put holes in the fence so that when you install the lock, the lock would go into the hole to lock the door that should’ve been done originally when the gates were made or before they left my property after the third time! Well today, Saturday and of course Ozzy the owner won’t answer his phone so now I’m gonna go a whole weekend, more days without being able to lock my gates. I told Ozzie that I was going out of the country next week and I needed this to get done. He for back to me and told me the holes are done by a locksmith. Not sure if that’s true. My husband installed The locks!! Didn’t need a locksmith or experience lol I chose this company because supposedly they’ve been in business since 1967, A+, Better Business Bureau rating and hundreds of 4.7 star reviews. I didn’t read the one star ones which I should’ve! This purchase has been nothing but a headache! Even two other workers couldn’t believe what was going on! And those two workers were the nicest people, and they were helpers of the other two guys who didn’t speak English. Goes to show you choosing a company that’s been in business so many years, having Better Business Bureau A+ rating doesn’t mean shit! I had other work done on my house and everything went smoothly and great on the first day in the first shot! I highly recommend that you choose a different company as this company’s workers don’t know what they’re doing. When I kept questioning to the owner, he told me you sure seem to know a lot about Gates and I said my husband‘s been in construction for 25 years. Yes I know a lot about building construction, etc. etc.. By the way the gates are not straight! Just poor install all around!!! Plus he wanted me to pay 90% before install!! Hell no lol. Shop around. Listen to the 1 star reviews!

Impressive!!! Impressive skill. Impressive work ethic. Impressive value. My home’s value and curb appeal have greatly increased after Griffiths Metal Products replaced my rotting wood fence with a pristine all-aluminum fence and gates. The team removed my old wood fence without any issues. During the fence removal, they could have easily cut my cable line, water line, and irrigation lines, but none were affected. The new fence was perfectly aligned vertically and horizontally. The new gates were nicely leveled and balanced. Once the team started the fence installation they worked until completion. They worked three days consecutively vice worked once or twice a week until the job was done. The two front gates were installed shortly thereafter. I did not have to call for updates or push to get the job done. Ozzie Fundora (the owner) manages his projects and employees very well. As for the value, I was very happy with the price. They quoted me a price to remove the old fence and install the new fence and gates within my budget. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Griffiths Metal Products to improve the styling of your house inside or outside!!!
