Presentation was great. Cabinets look great. Then I noticed they had not put in the under the counter waste basket that was promised during the presentation. I contacted the store and they will not honor what was promised. Record your meetings. Go over your quote. Make sure you get everything they are promising. Be careful.
From materials to service, this company far exceeded my expectations. They have every style and color to suit your needs. Craftsmanship of the cabinets is constructed with great care and the outstanding service of all the individuals is exceptional. I will definitely be using them for all of my projects.
My experience with Cabinets To Go (especially their store manager Kim) was extremely frustrating. She handled my project clearly had no real experience with kitchen design. The biggest problem was that their team took the wrong measurements (also extra charged) for my kitchen, which threw off the entire project. Because of their mistake, several cabinets didn’t fit the space correctly, and I had to delay the installation while trying to get the issue resolved. As a result, I ended up being without a functional kitchen for nearly two months. During that time, I had to constantly follow up with customer service, who offer no help and took forever to provide any real answers. What made it worse was the lack of accountability. Instead of fixing the situation quickly, customer service kept giving vague responses and pushing the blame elsewhere. The replacement pieces took far too long to arrive, and I ended up paying extra to my installer to make adjustments that shouldn’t have been necessary in the first place (I paid full installation when I bought the cabinets). For the price and the time invested, I expected a much more professional experience and store . Based on what happened, I would not recommend.
Very positive experience so far! Visited for the first time and they had a great process of greeting you, providing information to allow you to look at the product, then spending the time needed to answer your questions and work out a quote. Waiting to get the final package but ended up asking for kitchen cabinets for a remodel and 2 vanities. Kim greeted us promptly and Wendy devoted much time with us. Very smooth so far and thank you to Wendy!
This was a terrible experience and I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. The manager Kim is rude, incompetent, unprofessional and unhinged. Wendy came out to a rental we are remodeling and measured everything. The measurements were wrong the order was wrong everything was done incorrectly while we waited in the store for over 4 hours for her to write up the order. Then they didn’t have the product we wanted and had to start all over. We signed a contract and agreed to the scope of work to be done and the price. Now the countertop people are Saying they should have done the measurements and all of them are wrong so now we owe double the price and if we don’t pay in full they won’t finish the work. It feels like a complete bait and switch. There has been mistake after mistake made and there is no accountability at all. It has been triple the price triple the time and triple the headache. I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy. We have reached out to corporate and spoken and filed complaints with several different people but not one of them has helped us solve the issue and Kim the manager refuses to help us at all. So we paid for a product that we still don’t have. Terrible experience .
