Because it was the summer season, every air conditioning service I contacted quoted very high prices. This company offered the most reasonable rate; I hoped they would do a good job repairing my AC, and they truly did an excellent job. I had my AC repaired by them two years ago as well—I don't know if it's due to the materials they used, but my air conditioner is running even better now.
They conduct their business with great honesty. It is a new company. I have five air conditioners at my workplace; in fact, they acted very honestly regarding one of them by advising us to buy a new unit instead of repairing the old one, noting that repairs would end up costing more which is why I am writing this review. They didn't even charge for some of the work they did. I will have this company service my air conditioners every year.
Our AC suddenly stopped working late in the afternoon, and I was worried we'd be stuck without cooling for days. Thankfully, the technician arrived quickly, diagnosed the issue within minutes, and had everything up and running much sooner than I expected. What I appreciated most was the honesty and professionalism. The technician explained the problem in simple terms, gave me a few repair options, and never pressured me into spending more than necessary. The price was fair, and the quality of work was excellent.
