I used the junk shark for the first time on a small demolition project for my excavation company. They were great across the board with communication, professionalism and they have quality dumpsters too! Can’t beat there prices I will definitely be using them again!
Junk Shark Dumpster Rentals are top-tier when it comes to customer service, timeliness, and kindness! Their pricing is good too! We have a property under code enforcement, thanks to some squatters. They delivered the 20 yd dumpster on-time and even worked late, ON A FRIDAY!!, to pick it up since the squatters had already started taking stuff back out of the dumpster. Lance (and Hailey) the owners were understanding of the situation and Bobby, the driver, gave us updates letting us know how long it would take for him to be there. He was so sweet and never complained about working late to help us out. We still have a lot of work to do and Junk Shark will be the only dumpster business that we will use. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Could not be more appreciative of their kindness and willingness to help us out.
I would recommend this company if you need a dumpster to remove trash/junk!! 10/10!! You won’t regret it!! I’m updating my review because Haley and Bobby reached out to me after my original post. They listened to my concerns, treated me with respect, and genuinely wanted to make things right. That meant a lot to me. Anyone can have a bad day or a misunderstanding happen, but what really matters is how a company responds afterward. Their willingness to reach out personally and address the situation showed me they care about their customers and their reputation. I appreciate them taking the time to make things right, and that speaks volumes about the kind of people they are.
Absolute top-tier service from Junk Sharks! I called them yesterday afternoon to schedule a pickup, and they somehow managed to fit me in as their first stop at 8:00 AM this morning. Not only did they show up right on time—actually a full five minutes early—but the crew was exceptionally professional, friendly, and efficient. They made the entire process completely hassle-free and delivered exactly what they promised without any surprises. A genuinely fantastic experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!
These guys are great. They are amazing. Couldn’t speak more highly of them. If you’re looking for a dumpster company they are the one to go to very responsive very competitive. Their pricing is simply the best. The only dumpster company to deal with in the Ocala Silver Springs area
