DONT GO TO THIS SALON!! I’d give 0 stars if I could! they’re scammers and theres no way that their reviews are REAL! I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this salon was so disappointing that I feel obligated to warn others. I paid about $200 for a pedicure with chrome and a custom nail design, plus a generous tip. Before the service, I specifically informed the staff that I was traveling soon and needed my nails done properly before my trip. They assured me they could deliver exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately, the quality of the work was unacceptable. (Pictures are attached of the quality right after my appointment)Almost immediately after leaving the salon, the chrome began coming off, the nail design started chipping, and the acrylic application looked uneven and messy. After spending two hours in the salon and over $200, I expected professional results that would last longer than the drive home. I contacted the salon right away and requested a resolution. While I felt a refund would have been appropriate given the condition of the nails, I agreed to their request to come back for a correction. Rearranging my schedule was inconvenient, but I was willing to give them the opportunity to make things right. On the day of the correction appointment, I was delayed by traffic and arrived approximately 20 minutes late. Instead of showing any accountability for the original poor-quality service or attempting to accommodate a customer who had already paid in full for a defective service, I was told they could no longer see me, not even later in the day. A refund was denied, No alternative solution was provided. I was simply left with damaged nails, wasted time, and wasted money. They also refused to look at their terrible work! What bothers me most is not just the poor workmanship, but the complete lack of customer service afterward. Mistakes happen. What defines a business is how they handle them. In this case, the salon took my money, failed to provide a quality service, refused to refund me, and ultimately refused to fix the issue they created. I left feeling ignored, disrespected, and taken advantage of. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this salon.

I love Ania Nail Bar, but especially the nail technicians! I always come here with a specific nail design in mind and Nelly never fails to go above and beyond! She does her work so efficiently and is the best at doing designs! Laura and Ismaray and are also wonderful! I highly recommend Ania Nail Bar.

My mom and I went for a gel and powder manicure and pedicure and had a fantastic visit with Brian and Julie. They are the best!! The new ownership is wonderful and we love this place, already have our next appointment set! ❤️

I’ve been coming to this salon for about two or three years now. I’ve noticed that it’s becoming increasingly run-down. I got a pedicure and asked the technician to fix the side of my toenail—just to clarify, it wasn't an ingrown nail. I had to ask her three times, very politely, before she would do it; in the past, they never had a problem taking care of that sort of thing. In a rather unpleasant tone, she told me, "We don't fix ingrown nails"—even though she’s known me for years and knows exactly what I’m referring to. On top of that, I asked for nail extensions. Everything seemed fine up to that point, until I realized she hadn't groomed my cuticles. It’s the first time I’ve ever seen a place that doesn't perform a complete manicure service. The technician actually told me I would have to pay extra if I wanted my cuticles done. Are they all out of their minds?! It’s like going to a restaurant, ordering a dish off the menu at a specific price, and then—when you insist that the food actually be cooked—they try to charge you extra... These people are a total joke! Furthermore, the technicians weren't focused on their work at all; there was a lot of idle chatter and noise. The technician even answered the phone—taking a personal call—with one hand while she was in the middle of applying my nail extensions. The whole experience was incredibly low-quality. And the hygiene! My God—it simply doesn't exist in this salon, or at least the employees certainly don't practice it. They’ll probably claim that I’m not a client, when in reality I have the appointments booked through the Fresha app—along with the messages. Laura and Nelly are the technicians.

I recently found this neighborhood gem and I'm honestly so excited. The place is beautiful with clear attention to every detail; design, cleanliness and service. I was greeted by the owners with such warmth and care. I'm very picky and nail salons in general, are difficult to be loyal to because the technicians are a mixed bag of characters. But at Ania, I felt the owners pride and care in their business. There's no doubt they would resolve any issue if I had a request or concern about my service. Luckily, I was super happy with my nail service!. I received a great first treatment and will be back again!
