What a fantastic first impression! I was installing my alternator and broke a bolt. Three shops said they don't fix that and one quoted me $300. I went to Roger Auto and was helped by Roger himself. He had it fixed in a few minutes and only charged me a few bucks. This guy's the classic, old school mechanic that knows his stuff. I'd highly recommend him to anyone.
Very nice place to get your vehicle service, the entire staff are extremely polite and professional. The owner Roger, is also extremely professional, through and kind. He takes the time to explain things and his prices are very fair. He did a tune up and replace my brakes and did a very good job.
Great service. Roger is alway a very honest person and will not charge you for something is not needed. They do an incredible job the first time. He rebuilt the motor on my 96 Dodge Ram about 12 years ago or so and I haven’t had any problems with it. I no longer leave in Hialeah but I still drive from WPB to them for whatever service I need. Unfortunately is hard to find an honest mechanic now days. Thank you Roger for your continuous honest and good service.
I went to Miami for a job interview, and it's a five-hour drive each way to get there from where I live. A brake caliber seized, and the closest location that I was able to get to was Roger's. He went out of his way and way beyond what we expected on a very busy Friday to find the part that we need to get home I highly recommend him and his shop. They are hard workers and have excellent customer service.
