Do NOT use this mechanic. Iverson came to work on my BMW, disassembled my throttle body and crankshaft pulley, took my money in cash, and then disappeared. He committed to coming back twice and was a no-show both times. He read my messages, answered a WhatsApp call and hung up in my face. My car is still in pieces and undriveable. I have full documentation of everything. Reporting to Florida DACS and filing in small claims court. Zero stars.
I contacted him in the morning and he was at my house to change my brakes in the afternoon. Literally less than 45 minutes done. He did an amazing job. Efficient and quick. Thank you so much! Will definitely be using him moving forward. Happy client. 😊
