had an excellent experience with Junk Removal & Moving. Roberto and David were outstanding from start to finish. They were extremely careful with all of my belongings, wrapped everything properly, and handled the move with great attention to detail. Both of them were very professional, polite, and worked efficiently the entire time. It’s hard to find movers you can truly trust, but these guys went above and beyond. I highly recommend this company if you want reliable and professional service!
I called Carlos for an estimate to move a couch & loveseat that I'd been keeping in my dining room for a friend who lost everything in a hurricane in 2024. My friend's place was FINALLY ready for occupancy and I wanted the furniture in my dining room moved asap. I called for an estimate at 11:00am. It was a fair price & Move Quickly, true to their name, was at my house by 1:30 to load the furniture and it was in my friend's house by 3:00 that same day! Daniel & Leo, the movers, were professional, careful and efficient. They did a great job & I was very pleased with the whole process.
The first time with them was hands down 5 stars. The second time around was not the same hustle or care unfortunately. They were slow to run up the clock & sloppy with stacking the truck. Wish I would have taken a picture before I asked them to change it but heavy storage bins were stacked on a 1x2 cube shelf on bottom.. Davey was on his phone every time I saw him for the first hour (as I was running laps around them). Turned what was a 2 hour move (exact same furniture & number of stair sets as the first move) into 4 hours this go round. Edit for the owner: the 30 min discount is appreciated but your guys ran up the clock by 2 hours. The guys who moved the first time took far more care with my furniture (same pieces as before) and packed the truck up effectively. This time took twice as long to have the truck stacked poorly (I do have damaged furniture), one take a 15 min break to eat chips ahoy (for what should’ve been a quick job), and the other be on his phone as im literally running circles around them. It took them nearly 40 mins for what should have been an 8 minute drive around the corner. I understand that quality work takes time but that’s not what happened. I’m sorry your guys failed to uphold your brand but I stand by my review. It’s not the price I have an issue with, I booked with your company again knowing the prices have risen and thought it would be worth every penny but was severely disappointed.
The entire Move Quickly experience overall was as smooth as possible and I will definitely be recommending them and using you again in the future. Hector and his coworker were incredibly helpful and had the absolute best attitudes even when moving difficult pieces of furniture or when I’m sure they had to be tired. They were incredibly professional and kind. They made the move as easy and stress free as it could have been. Incredibly communicative and thoughtful company. Would definitely recommend and use again.
Carlos organized & coordinated a great, extremely affordable moving experience (such a stressful time). The moving crew - Héctor, Leo and Robert were just fantastic. They were professional, friendly, took extreme care of our things & worked non-stop till the job was done - all with big smiles! It was one-stop shipping - great move-out cleaners & junk removal (although we didn't need the last service, amazed if was offered). In the future, we're going to use cleaning services at our new home. Thank you all!
