I am writing to express my sincere gratitude to the staff at Premier Hyundai of Harvey. After a disappointing experience at a dealership closer to home, I contacted your team and was connected with Phat Watts. Despite the three-long drive, the service I received made it well worth the trip. Mr. Watts took the time to listen to my needs, and by the time I arrived, he and the rest of the staff were fully prepared. They even went so far as to bring in a car in a different color from another location just for me to see. The entire team was kind, knowledgeable, and made the process feel comfortable and stress-free. I also want to recognize Bernard Harvey, who handled my paperwork. He was incredibly thorough in explaining the numbers and every detail of the transaction and Mr. Watts checked in to make sure I was comfortable. Thanks to this professional team, I was able to trade in my old vehicle and purchase a new one in just a few hours. Thank you again for such a smooth and pleasant experience.

Wow, it’s all I can say about these guys over at Premier of Harvey! From the start to finish was a pleasant experience.I left feeling like family which as being in sales myself is how I like to treat my customers. My personal experience at Hyundai premiere was very excellent. Mr. Jimmie was our salesman and he worked diligently with me and my son from point A to point Z. Mr. Jimmie was magnificent and understanding to better fit me and my son needs by giving us maximum options of choice. We pulled out there with a SMACK BRAND NEW BEAUTIFUL 2026 Hyundai Elantra SPORT! I can’t say enough great things about my experience at this dealership—top tier from start to finish! First, I have to give major credit to Jason, the GM. You can tell immediately that his leadership sets the tone for the entire place. He runs a tight, professional operation but still makes you feel valued and taken care of. It’s rare to see that level of involvement and genuine care from a GM, and it made all the difference in my experience. Mark and Alijah in sales were absolutely outstanding. They were patient, knowledgeable, and never once made me feel pressured. They took the time to really understand what I wanted and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. You can tell they truly care about their customers, not just making a sale. And Bernard in finance? Smooth, efficient, and transparent. Nancy in service provided great service and carries a great customer first work ethic. Five stars is too little, she rates 10. With the attitudes we've encountered on the east Bank dealerships, we now drive twice as far to harvey, but it's well worth the trip!!!
