I recently visited the At Home Superstore in Palm Beach Gardens, and I have to say—it exceeded all expectations. If you're into home décor, organizing, or seasonal decorating, this place is a dream come true. The store is absolutely massive, and the selection is incredible. From furniture and rugs to wall art, kitchen accessories, outdoor décor, and holiday items—there’s something for every taste and style. Whether you're going for modern minimalism, cozy farmhouse, coastal chic, or bold and eclectic, they’ve got it covered. What I really appreciate is the layout. Despite the size, everything is clean, organized, and easy to browse. It's the kind of place where you go in for one thing and end up leaving with a cart full of unexpected finds—but in the best way possible. The prices are also a major plus. Many of the items look like something you'd find at high-end retailers but at a fraction of the cost. I was able to refresh a few rooms in my house without blowing the budget. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially when I had questions about larger items and in-store stock. You can tell they take pride in keeping the store tidy and making sure customers feel welcome. Whether you're decorating a new space or just love hunting for stylish home accents, At Home in Palm Beach Gardens is definitely worth a visit. It’s one of those places you’ll want to come back to again and again. I hope one day they may expand into Broward County.
I was pleasantly surprised by this store. It’s very clean and neat. I loved how it was spacious and you can walk around without feeling lost or crowded, like in other places because of the sheer volume inventory they have. It’s a large store, with lots of inventory but still feel comfortable to move around in. My only issue is that at night it’s kinda hard to get in and out of the plaza if you don’t the area well. The plaza owner or city needs to put a light or reflectors, or make a secondary exit. The people coming from the area where the dead end sign are driving fast, don’t break, and don’t put on their headlights on so it’s hard to see them. Otherwise I really loved this store.
I really enjoy shopping at the At Home in PBG. The store is clean, neat, and very well organized. Checkout is quick, and I’ve always had friendly, knowledgeable cashiers. Their holiday collections are extensive, making it a great place to browse and find unique items. The store is large, the aisles never feel crowded like other home stores that are jam-packed and hard to navigate with a cart. Parking is always easy. At Home has quickly become my go-to store for home goods and décor.
I purchased a lighted Merry Christmas sign right after thanksgiving. I didn’t even open the box because it looked too small in purchased a larger one from At Home and it was perfect. I held onto the smaller one thinking I could use it elsewhere. But, I couldn’t so I returned it with a receipt. I was given the sale price instead of a full refund. I was very surprised that a store who caters to home furnishings would have such a restrictive policy. How do you know if what you buy will work within a month. I will not purchase from them again. There are so many other stores that will honor your full payment either with a refund or store credit. Very poor customer service. Instead of a returning customer you lost a whole family of customers. Very poor costumer relations!
Lovely store however I arrived 10-15 minutes before close and had an interaction with an employee I was told was named John. I was pulling up the aisle number so I could be in and out in less than 5 minutes(4min from entering to exiting with item). An older man came up to my vehicle telling me what time it is, asked if I was picking up, started saying they were going to cut off the registers, and started yelling at me while I'm in my vehicle. I attempted to show him my phone screen and let him know I was getting one item and was pulling the aisle number so I'd be faster. He repeatedly cut me off and wouldn't let me find the aisle number. He started yelling at me for being in my car and at a certain point it was to loud for me to coherently use my phone, so I figured I could use the signs or ask someone else because he wouldn't even let me ask. When I got out of my car he started yelling at me that I wasn't moving fast enough and that I was walking too slow, when I tried to ask if they were closing early he said that I don't need to speak to him and that I'm worried about the wrong thing. He followed me yelling the same things at me halfway to the front door then eventually headed off somewhere outside. I let him know I thought he was rude as I kept walking into the store. Ironically I was in an out in 4 minutes with plenty of time to spare but I've never had someone come up to my vehicle nor follow me yelling and it was absolutely unacceptable. Of course when he saw me leaving the store several minutes before they closed he had nothing to say and completely avoided me.
