At First, I had the experience of dealing with a serious water leak in one of our commercial properties in Miami, and the water damage restoration team arrived on the same day. Within half and hour or so, they were on-site, and started the job such as preparing the drying machine,etc. They meticulously cleaned up the mess, making sure that there is no trace of the flood behind. I was particularly satisfied with how efficiently they handled everything from booking, to giving the quote to getting the job done. Awhile ago I left the water in the bathroom sink on the second floor running which eventually ended up dripping through to the 1st floor ceiling and left a giant mess. After getting it all cleaned up I figured everything was fine until I recently started seeing and smelling mold under the rug and along the walls. I gathered a list of businesses and was told they'd get back to me with a quote in a couple of weeks. When I called Nexus they had a team come out within the day and gave me a very reasonable quote and an even better turn around time. Now, NO MORE SMELL, or SPOTS. I've recommended them to several neighbors who were also dealing with flooding damage. Again, they didn't disappoint! Thanks Nexus!
