At First, I had the experience of dealing with a serious water leak in one of our commercial properties in Miami, and the water damage restoration team arrived on the same day. Within half and hour or so, they were on-site, and started the job such as preparing the drying machine, etc. They meticulously cleaned up the mess, making sure that there is no trace of the flood behind. I was particularly satisfied with how efficiently they handled everything from booking, to giving the quote to getting the job done. So far, I'm satisfied with the job done by this company and will recommend them to my business partners 👍👍 Thank You 🙏🏼
I had a great experience with Nexus Water Damage Restoration Miami. They showed up quickly, explained everything clearly, and got the job done fast. The team was professional, respectful, and kept me updated throughout the process. Highly recommend if you’re dealing with water damage in Miami!
I was impressed by the expertise of this water damage restoration company. They explained every step of the process and answered all my questions patiently. Their thorough approach and state-of-the-art equipment made me feel confident that my home was in good hands. Plus, their rates were surprisingly reasonable for the quality of work!
I highly recommend this service for anyone needing urgent water damage restoration. The crew was fantastic, arriving quickly and equipped with all the necessary tools to get the job done right. Their follow-up to ensure everything was restored properly was much appreciated. Excellent service at a fair price!
Awhile ago I left the water in the bathroom sink on the second floor running which eventually ended up dripping through to the 1st floor ceiling and left a giant mess. After getting it all cleaned up I figured everything was fine until I recently started seeing and smelling mold under the rug and along the walls. I gathered a list of businesses and was told they'd get back to me with a quote in a couple of weeks. When I called Nexus they had a team come out within the day and gave me a very reasonable quote and an even better turn around time. Now, NO MORE SMELL, or SPOTS. I've recommended them to several neighbors who were also dealing with flooding damage. Again, they didn't disappoint! Thanks Nexus! No more water damage, our places had the best restoration business in Miami! We appreciate it. -Kip
