Picked up this bouquet on the Valentine's Day, it consisted of roses, peonies and hydrangeas. For the first couple days it looked gorgeous. We kept changing water regularly, as well as adding flower food powder. However, it started wilting after only couple days. The owner of the store said that peonies will blood after several days, however, they never ended up blooming and also wilted. The service was great and the price was also competitive, I just expected them to last longer than few days

I had such a wonderful experience with this flower shop! The flowers were incredibly fresh, beautifully arranged, and even more stunning in person than I expected. You can really tell they put care and attention into every detail. The staff was kind, professional, and very helpful in choosing the perfect arrangement. They listened to what I wanted and made great suggestions. The ordering process was smooth, and everything was ready on time. I had a great experience with Making Dream Flowers today. I called to ask if they could prepare a bouquet of daisies for pickup, and they had it ready in just 10 minutes. The staff was very friendly and provided excellent customer service throughout the process. The bouquet turned out absolutely beautiful, and I’m so excited to give it to my fiancée. I would definitely recommend Making Dream Flowers to anyone looking for quality flowers and great service.

Customer service, perfect. Fresh quality, stunning flowers, check. Same day service, bonus. I had such a great experience with this flower shop. The arrangement was beautiful. The flowers were fresh, vibrant, and clearly put together with care. You can tell they pay attention to the small details. The staff was kind, helpful and they took the time to answer my questions and helped me choose something that fit perfectly for the occasion. I didn’t feel rushed. The whole process felt easy and smooth from start to finish. I’ll definitely be coming back.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Since I pre-ordered it this week, I did not have time to cancel this order and look for a better florist. Incredibly disappointed with the arrangement I pre-ordered for Valentine’s Day to give to my girlfriend. I had to wait thirty minutes after arriving at 9:30 am today for the pickup time (which was scheduled to be between 9:30am to 5pm) after being told that it would only take 5 minutes. Upon my realization that they had only started making the bouquet on my arrival, they proceeded to add peonies that were premature and very small in size compared to what was marketed online. Given the fact that each peonies cost $25, I was highly unimpressed and frustrated with the outcome (I have attached comparison pictures below). They were also sold out of the balloons that were supposed to be part of the bouquet, and I was only informed when it was completed. I was able to get a $10 refund for the missing piece, but am highly dissatisfied with their horrible service. What was supposed to be a lovely arrangement for my girlfriend who loves peonies turned out to be a huge let down for her. The hard earned money I spent to try and make my girlfriend happy was wasted on this poor arrangement. Please do better with your quality control and don’t take advantage of unassuming customers who spend large amounts of money for floral arrangements. Given that it’s Valentine’s Day, better safeguards need to take place to make sure customers don’t leave disappointed.
