From the initial "just looking" moment to the final purchases, the entire team, Alex and Begume, were exceptional, very professional, organized, attentive to detail and very patient! They took the time to listen to what we wanted, offered thoughtful design suggestions, and kept us informed throughout the process. The craftsmanship is outstanding — the tile work, fixtures, and finishes, are stunning, great prices too! What truly stood out was their communication and commitment to customer satisfaction. Any questions we had were addressed promptly, and they made sure everything met our expectations before wrapping up the job. Our new bathroom feels like a spa retreat. If there was a way to leave 5 stars for Alex and 1 star for Bath Miami I would..but I can't. We came in on a weekend running around looking for tile for a bathroom remodel with our young kids...you can imagine its not the easiest experience but Alex is an amazing person and he engaged with us, joked with my kids, helped us and brought a smile to everyone's face. He is very knowledgeable and helped us find the perfect stone for our remodel and provided us some quotes...he even gave my weary kids fidget spinners...so far we are happy customers. Then I try to call Alex to put an order in but a woman answers the phone and says he's unavailable...no problem explain to her how great he is and we want to order the tile from bath miami even though we found it somewhere else for slightly cheaper...she says thats wonderful and proceeds to send me an invoice to buy the tile but the prices are different than what I was quoted with Alex...we were quoted 7.49 for a tile she tried to charge me 8.00...I had to call back and complain and she reluctantly said she would lower the price...seemed very dishonest. Then we order the tile it arrives, we are working while our contractors are renovating our bathroom...they started installing the tile that arrived and unfortunately some of the tile that we got in a different size also looks like another tile entirely...something is wrong and my entire remodel is thrown for a curve. So now we have a problem...I'm out materials, labor costs and the tile... I call bath miami, Alex picks up...I provide him pictures and offer to bring pieces of both tiles so that he can see the issue. He takes ownership and tries to make it right but the woman who apparently is his manager is unapologetic and dismissive...she says its the right tile...not their problem...they will sell me more tile if I want but nothing they are going to do. So first she tries to gouge me, sends me the wrong tile and then washes her hands of everything and doesn't even call me...she makes Alex act as an intermediary. If the owner reads this...you have a terrible manager who made a situation worse for everyone for a solution that would have cost a few hundred dollars... I went directly to the wholesaler...Stone Access and they made it right. So never shopping at Bath Miami again they literally cost me thousands of dollars for a mistake and wouldn't even give me the product I paid for. Don't shop here because when they make mistakes its not their problem.

We recently remodeled both our bathroom and kitchen, and Bath Miami was the best decision we made for this project. From the very first visit, we were impressed with their professionalism, honesty, and the wide variety of tile selections they carry. It’s rare to find a store that combines excellent products with such knowledgeable and helpful guidance. The manager was absolutely amazing—she took her time to listen to our ideas, walked us through different options, explained the pros and cons, and helped us make the right choices without ever making us feel pressured. The quality of the tiles we purchased is outstanding, and the pricing was very fair compared to many other places we checked in South Florida. What stood out the most was how honest and straightforward they were—there were no hidden surprises, no games, just genuine customer service. They treated us with respect, answered all of our questions, and made sure we felt comfortable with every step of the process. Now that the remodel is complete, we couldn’t be happier with the results. Our bathroom and kitchen look absolutely beautiful, and we’ve received so many compliments from friends and family. BathMiami made what could have been a stressful renovation into a smooth and enjoyable experience. It’s truly hard to find this kind of honest, knowledgeable, and fair-priced service in South Florida, and Bath Miami exceeded every expectation we had. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for tiles, whether it’s for a small project or a complete remodel, you won’t be disappointed. They were awesome, and we’re very grateful for their help!
