★☆☆☆☆ — Extremely Disappointed I dropped my car off at this body shop over six months ago, and to this day, not a single repair has been made. I've been more than patient, but the complete lack of communication, accountability, and progress is unacceptable. Every time I call, I either get vague excuses or no meaningful update at all. This kind of delay with zero transparency shows a complete lack of professionalism and respect for customers’ time. If you value your vehicle and peace of mind, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. This experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing.
It’s easy to have opinions on someones services and bad mouth their company because of how you feel.. THAT IS NOT WHAT IM DOING …….this man did a great job on my aunts car, I honestly looked him up to use his services as well.. but.. then she gives me an update, saying while he had her car he got a parking ticket (after hours at his location) . Then he refuse to pay it, know opinions here all FACTS! So now I’m thinking how did you not know you’d get a ticket ? Or are you lying about where you got the ticket from? Were you joy riding or just not caring where you parked someone else’s car? then not denying the ticket but refusing to pay, bad business , bad business, bad business. Mistakes happen but not take responsibility for it, this business should not be trusted.
This man is not a professional in his craft. He doesn't do quality work. He's so focused on trying to get paid. His efforts are more focused on taking your money than making sure the job is done correctly. You can take your vehicle to this man at your own risk , but remember you was warned.
