Best repair shop in a while. They are so quick! Before I could sit down inside i turned around and saw the door panel already being removed. The mechanic removed the door panel, broken side mirror, then placed the replacement in and door panel back on in 13 minutes😳!!! Not only are they time efficient but everyone i spoke to including Mr. Gonzalez and the front receptionist were quick to answer all my questions, professional yet still family friendly. In the short time i was there every customer who came in was in and out too! They also seemed to be regulars because they all greeted and had friendly conversation like long time friends and family. They will most likely be my spot for maintenance now too. The atmosphere was great, people great, service great, prices great, everything great great great. I usually go to places in Hialeah for tires, alignment, oil change since i always find better prices but I checked Gonzalez prices while I was there and they were $18 to $40 cheaper for different maintenance i get elsewhere. The receptionist was so helpful with that. She was so kind and down to earth. Everyone was. Thanks Gonzalez and team. I will recommend to everyone at my work, family and friends. I Highly recommend to all.
I had a great experience with Gonzalez Auto Repair. They did the timing belt service on my car and gave it a thorough all-around checkup. They were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was inspected and done properly. I really appreciate the quality of the work and the attention to detail. It’s hard to find a shop you can trust, but I’m definitely glad I found Gonzalez Auto Repair. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and quality automotive work!
Danny tha man he fixed my car!! Had to give this man a huge for fixing my car that i love so much everyone in the job are very nice people! And again danny thank you so much!
absolutely saved our asses when we got a bubble in our tire during a 7 hour drive to key west. Danny helped us out so quickly, identified the issue and replaced the tire all within 20 minutes after multiple locations told us it would take a few days. On top of this, they let me curl my hair in their bathroom so we wouldn’t miss our dinner reservations. Can’t recommend this place enough!
