I absolutely love whole foods Market, this location is very well located within the downtown area of Miami a very good option for people staying in hotels in the area, with a very nice cafeteria room with tables and utensils to comfortably eat, they have a large and diverse Deli filled with delicious food as well as a very well priced butcher, they have a spacious free parking, also I recommend the coffee they serve it’s well priced

Absolutely horrible experience at this Whole Foods. First off, $14 for ONE hour of parking, and you have to pay in advance? That’s ridiculous. On top of that, customer service was a nightmare. I tried to use the peanut butter machine, which wasn’t working, and asked three different staff members for help. Every single one told me “that’s not my department” and walked away. No one took responsibility or even tried to find someone who could help. The store itself is dirty and not well maintained either, which is shocking considering the prices they charge. Save yourself the frustration and shop somewhere else.

This is the worst Whole Foods I have visited. Nearly all the produce seems to be at the verge of expiration and will last only a few days at home. Look out for someone constantly organizing lemons, for some reason, while the majority of the staff is stocking carts for delivery orders.

Food was very good and service was excellent but the restrooms were very poorly kept both men’s and women’s were dirty. This was the south east 3rd store Miami downtown. They should be immaculate if you are in a food environment!! Come on whole foods!! Do better!! Complete the service by giving your customers a 5 star experience and receive 5 star ratings every time!

Lately ive been preferring to drive to the MisTown location. Staff in MidTown are way nicer and thoughtful and kind, this place is way cleaner. I stopped by today at the Downtown location and as always an usual the experience was awful with staff, the cashier’s station was awfully dirty (i couldn’t put ny groceries because of how dirty it was) so i changed line. Juan, my cashier packed my groceries in a manner that i couldn’t lift the bags and they were single bags. I wish i had taken pics of all of this, my bad. I had to personally unpack everything and do it all over again by myself cause Juan was in a bad mood and didn’t want to help he just stand there looking other way . Then i paid and said “Thank you Juan” and he didn’t want to hand me my receipt. And he put it in front of him so i had to walk closer to him and stretched my hand to get my receipt. Will NEVER go to this location anymore even if i have to drive a little more. Experience and service is a plus and this place lacks these two unfortunately. Sharing cus hopefully someone from this wholefoods read and better support their staff with more training :)
