My garage door was working intermittently. When the time came I knew it was time to have a professional look at it, I did an online search for companies in Hialeah. I described the issue and was given a verbal estimate to replace the motor. I thought the price was reasonable and I needed access to my garage so I scheduled the work for the next day. The technician arrived exactly on time, explained what he found, what he would do, and what things I should do to maximize the use of my new motor. There were no surprises, no hidden charges. I am so glad I found this company. I highly recommend them.

I've used this company for several years and historically had good service. I was fortunate to have the same tech, service our door (Pedro) who was always on time and professional. However, I recently called because our garage door was intermittently not closing. It would get w/in inches of closing and then pop back up. Unfortunately, we got a new tech, who arrived 4 hours late (no call) and proceeded to BANG on our front door (didn't use the door bell); we have a custom-made door that's quite expensive. It only got worse from there. I explained that the door was intermittently not closing and that we suspected it was a sensor problem. He IMMEDIATELY told me that he probably wouldn't be able to fix it if it didn't close b/c he wouldn't know what was wrong. I suggested he check the sensors, make sure they were aligned and connected properly. He begrudgingly agreed. After 10 mins of basically just hitting my sensors with a hammer, he told me the service call was $95! When I told him that was crazy for 10 min of his time (after waiting four hours), AND he didn't even diagnose the problem, he told me he had to call the office but that was the fee. He spoke to the office and was told to charge me $45. I told him I wanted to speak to the office and when I spoke to the "manager", he told me that he needed to pay for the tech's time and gas! There was never any advance mention of a fee, if they couldn't diagnose the problem. I've used this company for 4 years. I found this latest engagement-- from not calling to advise the tech was going to be SUPER late, to banging on my door, to the tech lousy attitude & complaining about his long day-- all around unacceptable. There are lots of other garage door companies. I recommend you use one of them. BEWARE, NO REPAIR OR SERVICE, $95.00!!

Great Service Called Just Miami Best Garage Door Service after my opener on my garage door was acting up. The tech was out and work was completed in about an hour from my original call. The price was fair compared to many other companies and the customer service not only from the technician but the office staff was outstanding. I have told all of my neighbors about them and will always use them in the future for all of my garage door needs.

Great Service and prices! Had an emergency and they came right away. I had them repair and all our doors they did a great job!!!!!!!!
