Can’t say enough good things about Ali Maid! Both the customer service and day of teams were profession, courteous, and fast! We needed a quick turnaround to clean for an event at our home. The team was able to arrive in less than 24 hours. We are so thankful and impressed, and will absolutely hire again.
I had a move-out clean and reached out to a bunch of places—Ali Maid stood out right away. Scheduling was easy, communication was smooth, and Roger, Ali, and the team showed up a few minutes early, ready to go. They knew exactly what needed to be done—didn’t have to explain a thing. The place still had a lot to clean after the move, but they jumped in and handled it all with a great attitude. They finished right when they said they would, and left the place spotless and smelling fresh. Super reliable, professional, and just easy to work with.
