Fantastic experience working with Roland, Deb and Install crew. Communication initially and throughout the process was great. We had a large area, countertops and full height backsplash installed, with some complicated detailed areas that were finished to my high expectations. Cambria Britannica warm gold. Great job, and thanks again Roland! Will definitely call on you again.
Roland and team are the best! Very easy to work with and fantastic pricing too - which is very hard to find. Excellent customer service from beginning to end. I had a great experience with Deb with regards to communication. She was patient, thorough and worked with my design layout suggestions. I had a terrible experience with install of our quartzite counters. Not measured correctly, had to add extra trim to cover their mistake on our large backsplash slab. Then the measurement person said it was because we were doing a replacement and measurements can be off. The seams are huge and visible and couldn't be adjusted after being placed. Roland came to try to fix it after install but within a few months it looked terrible again. I noticed 1 corner wasn't finished and they had to adjust it on site during install . 9 months later and we have discoloration on multiple edges despite sealing it. I've asked for help and they said this isn't covered under the warranty. They gave me some advice on trying a poultice which I already did. The stone manufacturer said I should reach out to Granitex but despite emails and calling I'm now looking at costly repairs or replacement on something I waited 15 years to change out. They did do a good job on my quartz remnant for my bathroom vanity but I had to really convince of them if the placement of the sinks as it's off set from what is usual. I ended up showing them pictures of how it’s designed to be and they placed it exactly as I asked. It’s much more functional now. Unfortunately, I would not use them again and it's a shame. Deb was great to work with and is a huge asset to them. I’ve avoided posting negatively based on their responses to other people’s negative posts but I want people to make an educated decision about who to use for this expensive part of home building/remodeling.
