Purchased over 3k square feet of LVP from one of their distributors. Flooring ended up having some issues and distributor said I should contact CPF for a warranty claim. Sent in all necessary pictures and paperwork and after multiple follow up emails I received one reply that said they’re working on it. Over a month and haven’t heard back at all. Multiple calls, emails, texts to get an update and they seem to be avoiding the issue.
