20 day “luminary”/hard gel manicure. I could usually last about a month and a little longer but I am noticing a little chipping. I got a regular pedicure along with the hard gel and it was reasonably priced. The salon was clean and the staff was friendly. I’m happy with my nails and the experience! Will be returning.
After going a few times and absolutely loving the place. I did my nails with a new tech that sits in the middle. I waited over 2 hours before he got started on my nails and he clearly was not happy since it was already time to close. My nails didn’t event last 6 days before they started falling off. I could tell that my nails were not as clean and polished like all the other times I’ve done them in the past. I reached out to salon and they told me I would have a $20 discount but still had to pay for the nails that cost over $100. I’m disappointed in the care and service offered. When you invest in your nails you expect for your nails to last MINIMUM 2 weeks which in the past my nails last minimum 4 weeks. UNACCEPTABLE!
I am BEYOND furious with this nail shop. i paid OVER $100 for a full set and they didn’t even bother to properly prep my nails. no cuticle work, no proper buffing, NOTHING. within just a few hours, my nails started LIFTING and literally FALLING OFF one by one. this is completely UNACCEPTABLE. for that kind of money, i expected PROFESSIONAL work, not rushed, careless service that looks like it was done in five minutes. it honestly feels like they just slapped the nails on and hoped for the best. i’ve gotten cheaper sets that lasted WEEKS, so there is absolutely NO excuse for this. the quality was TERRIBLE, the durability was a JOKE, and the fact that they charged so much makes it even worse. i feel completely SCAMMED. save your money and DO NOT go here unless you want your nails popping off almost immediately. I ASKED FOR A 3D DESIGN AND SHE PUT A STICKER??? GOING BACK ON SUNDAY TO GET THEM DONE FOR WITH A LADY WHOS NOT AN IDIOT!! NEVER AGAIN.
Luxury Nails Spa does a great job keeping their customers happy. I’ve been going to their spa for more than a year and they have never disappointed. Their nail techs are highly skilled and attentive to details. I really recommend using Spider!!
I read the previous reviews this place has received and I have to disagree. I’ve been a client for over 1 year and they’ve always kept a consistent quality. My gel nail polish always lasts 2 weeks or more. I’m a picky customer and I’ve never left their salon disappointed or unsatisfied. The place has always been clean and organized. I’ve been to other salons where they refill OPI and DND nail polish bottles with cheaper and of lesser quality nail polish - that’s has never been the case here. You can always pick your color from the color palette and it’s exactly the same. Maybe this is not the place if you want to become best friends with your nail technician because they are all very serious and quiet, but they’re professional and knowledgeable about their craft. I’ve mostly done my nails with Kim (my favorite), but Kat, Spider and Nina have done my nails too and they’re just as great. The place is always busy, which is a sign that proves that they’re very good at what they do. They always try to accommodate for walk-ins. I just find very unfair that people only write reviews to complain but never to recognize a good service. Being blunt and serious, doesn’t mean you’re rude. Nobody shouldn’t expect them to be subservient just because they offer a service.
