I called at least a dozen times over the span of their open hours Monday/Tuesday. They do not answer calls. Wont buy books here again
They don’t answer the phone after multiple attempts for the past 7days. They don’t respond to my emails. Please purchase the books on Amazon the prices for new books and used books are cheaper
They leave you on the phone for 20 min and you keep waiting then try to call back and no one answers such a lack of customer service.
I bought a book for my biology semester because the teacher recommended it. However, this semester I might not need that one and Sandy who works at the bookstore helped me really profesional, respectfully and fast. Plus, she spoke on Spanish making the moment smoother. Gracias
Not sure why maps has had such wrong hours posted for this long, but I hope Google actually accepts the edits. There has been times when I've ordered my textbooks, and never got an email saying they were ready for pick up. They were suddenly ready when I went to check in person though! It's unacceptable, and highly frustrating especially when the semester has started and you're still waiting on books that are required for your class(es), and they're not available anywhere else. Regardless, when going up there the staff has been friendly and very helpful, outside of that major communication issue.
