I purchased a cigar store Indian at auction and had it wrapped and shipped from Pompano Beach, FL to Philadelphia. YCR had a few setbacks with scheduling but dispatcher Pat was phenomenal (and probably deserves a raise). Pat found the issue and got GM Chad involved. From there it was smooth sailing. Thanks to the trucker who brought my item up the east coast pretty fast and Mr. Littles who dropped it at my door and the rest of the YRC Team, especially Pat & Chad! ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐
Great experience with very professional staff! Rita behind the desk was a delight to speak too. Joe in the warehouse was helpful and patient as me and berry struggled to load our pickup truck. All in all I can't wait to be back!
Big place! Be prepared to follow signs to find the office. Make sure you follow the arrows on the driveway when you come to pick up your items. It's one way around the building to prevent accidents between truck drivers and pedestrian traffic. One side is in and the other side is out. Office people are nice and the guy that loaded my welder was awesome!
Not at all impressed. I've been given unreliable information from this terminal for about 10 days now. Freight is finally showing out for delivery today on the YRC website after being 'hot listed' to deliver 8 days ago. I understand freight issues and I can accept delays and accidents. I can not accept unreliable information, and neither can my customers.
Customer service basically ignores you, they give a 4 hour window and can't even keep to that. Remember that if you aren't there they won't deliver, and they only get your items to the back of the truck for you to unload. If there is another option to choose a freight company, use anyone else.
