My Cool City is a mobile and web-based platform that enables users to discover, explore, and connect with local service providers through publicly visible posts and business profiles.

By visiting mycoolcity.app, using the mobile app, or communicating via email or SMS, you consent to receive electronic communications. These satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
You may opt out of SMS communications by replying STOP to any message.
When using features like calling or WhatsApp through the Platform, your phone number may be shared with the other party to enable direct communication.
You are responsible for maintaining your account's security. You may delete your account at any time by emailing [email protected] with the subject "ACCOUNT DELETION REQUEST" and providing your full name, phone number, and the email used to create the account.
My Cool City does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
The Platform may include links to third-party websites. My Cool City is not responsible for their content, services, or privacy practices.
All content, including text, images, and code, is owned by My Cool City or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
You agree to use message boards, chat areas, and other communication tools respectfully and lawfully. We may monitor or remove content at our discretion.
Do not upload inappropriate content, advertisements, viruses, or copyrighted materials you do not own.
You retain ownership of content you upload (e.g. images, service descriptions), but you grant My Cool City permission to use it to operate the Platform, promote your business, and provide related features.
If you link your account with third-party services (like Facebook or Google), you agree to share necessary information according to their privacy settings.
The service is controlled and operated from the United States. If you access it from outside the U.S., you are responsible for complying with your local laws.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless My Cool City from any claims, damages, or legal costs arising from your use of the Platform or interactions with other users.
All disputes will be resolved through binding individual arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act. Class actions are not allowed.
To opt out, email [email protected] within 30 days of accepting the Terms with the subject "ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER" and your full name, phone number, and registered email.
You use My Cool City at your own risk. We do not verify the services offered on the Platform. We do not guarantee the quality, availability, or outcome of any services provided by businesses listed.
All interactions with other users are your sole responsibility. My Cool City simply connects users with service providers and is not involved in any transaction.
My Cool City does not endorse, review, or validate any user or business listed on the Platform. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or legality of their services or claims.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. All disputes not subject to arbitration will be resolved in the courts of Florida.
We may modify these Terms at any time. The current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
