Jiming came and provided excellent service. He arrived within the service time provided and quickly diagnosed the problem. After that he was quick to get the replacement parts and got us back up and running asap. I highly recommend him and his team. Will definitely use them again!

DO NOT EVER HIRE AIR PRO. My AC had been off for three days, so I called Air Pro to come diagnose the problem. I paid $119 just for them to come out and give me an estimate. The technician told me I needed to replace my coils. He said the coil was covered under warranty, but I would still have to pay $2,500 for the repair. He also recommended a deep cleaning and replacing the air vents for approximately $6,000, bringing the total to around $8,000. His other option was a $14,000 replacement for a 3-ton AC system with the cleaning included. The biggest issue? He never even got my AC to turn on. He left without figuring out why it wasn’t working. I then called another technician recommended by a friend. He actually diagnosed the problem and got my AC running. He found a faulty switch inside the unit that wasn’t communicating properly with my thermostat. The ice I had noticed was simply because the system was low on Freon. He told me I did not need a new AC and that I could likely get another 3–4 years out of my current system. He added the Freon and cleaned the AC for $200, and it is now running smoothly. I also received a separate quote of approximately $4,500 for a new brand-name Rheem 3-ton AC with a 10-year warranty—a fraction of Air Pro’s $14,000 quote. I had already gone to Home Depot and purchased a temporary AC because I genuinely believed I was going to have to replace my entire system based on what Air Pro told me. The technician Air Pro sent , although very nice and polite, was, in my opinion , incompetent and unable to properly diagnose the actual problem. I paid $119 for an estimate that led me to believe I needed thousands of dollars in repairs or a $14,000 replacement, when another technician came in, found the actual issue, fixed it, and had my AC running for $200. Please get a second opinion before spending thousands of dollars with this company. Based on my experience, I would never use Air Pro again and would not recommend them to anyone. I called the following day to politely express my disdain and to get a refund, the lady appeared concerned and told me a manager would call me back. It’s been more than 3 days now.

I had an excellent experience with Air Pros in Coral Springs. From the moment I called, their customer service was professional, responsive, and helpful. The technician, Luis, arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and took the time to answer all of my questions without trying to upsell unnecessary services. The work was completed efficiently, and my AC has been running perfectly ever since. I really appreciated their honesty, attention to detail, and respect for my home. It's hard to find companies that combine great customer service with quality workmanship, but Air Pros definitely delivered. If you're looking for a reliable HVAC company in the Coral Springs area or near by, I highly recommend Air Pros. I would absolutely use them again in the future.
