I had a really good experience at Canela y Miel Gastrobar. The food was delicious, I had pork with rice and yuca and everything was well seasoned and satisfying. The atmosphere was great too, with really good music that made the whole vibe enjoyable. Overall, a nice spot for good food and a good time. I would definitely come back.
The food was authentic, fresh and delicious! The owner spoke to us and made us feel welcome. The customer service was on point and we will definitely be back! George and Roberto make the best drinks. Chef's kiss!
I love this place!!! ❤️ Love the food, the atmosphere, the music what can I say feels like home!
Ok brand new restaurant in Miami Springs. Owners are great 👍🏻, food is fantastic. The croquetas Spectacular. The food is presented well atmosphere amazing. Just a few things I had issues when paying with our AMEX would not go through, could’ve been handled a little better. I don’t wanna be too picky. They are a brand new restaurant we will come back.
What a fantastic new addition to Miami Springs! My husband and I live just down the street from the old Hurricane location, so when we heard a new restaurant had opened there, we decided to check it out - and we’re so glad we did. We started with the chorizo croquettes, served with lime slices and a tangy salsa, which were delicious. For my main course, I had the Camarones Enchilado (Havana-style shrimp) with white rice. The plantains had just a hint of cinnamon, which was such a great touch. We also ordered the pulled pork, which was perfectly seasoned and impressively lean, paired with a creamy garlic cassava that complemented it beautifully. For drinks, I had the lychee martini (excellent!), and my husband ordered the house mojito, which also featured a subtle touch of cinnamon - a really nice and unexpected twist. We finished with the chocolate opera cake for dessert, though no photo because we ate it way too fast! The staff was incredibly welcoming, and the service was on point from start to finish. I highly encourage fellow locals to check out this new spot and support a wonderful small business right here in our neighborhood.
