I've been looking to replace my floor tiles for a long time and found the perfect floor tile at Brastile. I was concerned that i may have to wait for the tiles to come into stock which would delay my remodeling project. The customer service team were very quick to respond to my concerns and were very helpful and informative. They even offered to let me purchase what i needed and they would hold on to the stock until i could take delivery of them. In addition, the warehouse personnel were very friendly and professional. I will definitely purchase from this company again.

I purchased a gallon of water based Sealant for $140 and when I wanted to exchange it for a solvent-based Sealant I was told the up charge was $192 for an ending price of $332. I purchased the solvent-based Sealant elsewhere for $155 complete with no exchange. NOT GOOD.

I ordered 750 sq. ft. of tile after requesting a sample from the lot of tile I would be receiving. They sent something entirely different, were unable to replace it with the tile I ordered, and have refused to refund the cost of the tile unless I agree in writing to absorb the $650 shipping charge! Have referred to my attorney. STAY AWAY!
