one of the best bicycle shop for mre. the work is good so far and they are right to price labor/repair as well as the parts and units.... in many reviews. first you are the one who is the first to approach the shop and they will pick you up. if you have a connection with them, ask the salesperson. the lady at the front desk is just being polite and accommodating and lastly before you leave, tell her to test your bike first if you have any questions or need some adjustments so that it's less of a hassle to come back. over all I'm satisfied with their service
