These company us the the worst company y to look for any of their services. They are continuously lying to you. We brought documents at 2 pm and for 3 hours have been giving us the same answer every time we ask ( the lady is already coming). Maybe she went to china to get the papers we needed. Don’t waste your time go directly to to the office yourself it will be cheaper and you will have it without having to wait. They only thing they do is charge u more and you need to wait until they want to work to get the documents.

I do not recommend this company at all. I recommend you find another place or drive a little further. Giselle or Gisela the “manager” or “owner” is disrespectful, she is the definition of una chusma in Cuba. I am Cuban but this lady lacks morals of respect, how to treat customers and how to run a business. I am glad I wasn’t able to resolve my issue, because I will never give that lady a dollar. She was screaming over the phone & calling people liars. She even charged my father before fixing the issue & kept saying she will block my number. Please do yourself a favor & do not go there. Horrible company.
