Great and quick service! We were in a rush, and Oryeli made sure our car was washed quickly without sacrificing quality. The car came out looking clean and shiny, and Oryeli was friendly, helpful, and efficient. We really appreciated the excellent service and would definitely come back!

Been coming here a while and it’s always been very mediocre. Car usually has some wax and swirls left on the car, rims always left dirty. Gave it one last shot today for 200 bucks. Won’t come back. Watched the way the workers washed the car and these boys are lazy. Tipping 20% upfront won’t even get you a little elbow grease. If you want it done right do it yourself or go somewhere else.

I had an amazing experience here! From the moment I arrived, the team was professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about the quality of their work. I have been a Brickell Reserve customer since they opened and it is incredible to see how they maintain, and even exceed, their level of excellence every day. What I value the most is the detailed supervision; they make sure that the car is perfect using high-end products. In addition, they make you feel at home: they offer you coffee, water or sparkling water while you wait in their super comfortable area. The location is a total plus, since you can leave the car and walk to the City Center for lunch or errands. You can see the passion they have for a job well done. 100% recommended!
