I had an excellent experience with this plumber. The quality of work was outstanding, and everything was completed with great attention to detail. I was lucky enough to hire the services of Felipe Cuan to solve a problem that had been dragging on for months. Every 2 or 4 days, the pipes were plugged and wastewater overflowed, which was a disaster. The problem was complicated because the affected pipes and connections were in a hard-to-reach area, which made the repair even more challenging. Felipe Cuán not only solved the problem, but did it professionally, quickly and efficiently. He replaced the damaged pipes and connections, and left everything working perfectly. Despite the complexity of the work, he did not show any inconvenience and made sure that everything was in place. What surprised me the most was his knowledge and dedication. He explained every step of the process and gave me peace of mind at all times. In addition, he left everything clean and tidy after finishing. We're almost done remodeling, and then not related at all to the work, we had a waste line flood. It seeped into the room next door and the garage. THE SMELL! We called our GC, and he immediately called this company, they came out right away! They discovered the problem, AND did not try to charge us for unnecessary services. Now comes the remediation part, Felipe said he can help us fill out the plumber forms for the insurance claim. First time we'd worked with him since our regular plumber was out of town. It says a lot that our GC recommends them. Felipe will be our first call moving forward. THANK YOU, FELIPE! :)
CG plumbing is our first call anytime we have a problem. Our main water pipe(from street to the house) was leaking for a couple of months. I called around and get quotes from 3 companies. They were extremely expensive. CG plumbing gave me very reasonable price and fixed it for one day. He was super responsive, easy to communicate with, was able to get job done the same day we called. Definitely recommend if you are looking for someone reliable and fairly priced!!
Felipe has done several jobs upgrading my house this past month. I am on a well so with that comes extra attention to detail. He added a recirculation pump and a pressure booster...constant 75-80 psi. And, he cleared out a clogged line for me along with annual maintenance to remove sediment from the water heater. Everything works phenomenally now. Felipe is very communicative and personable, on time, efficient, reasonably priced, and cleans up the work area. Definitely an honest guy running his small business. Doesn't come off as a salesman looking to up charge you. 100% recommend using his service.
