I found this shop after the AC in my 02 Escalade went out in the peak of summer. I didn’t want to deal with the “big shop” treatment. The reviews are what caused me to reach out. Every phone call I’ve had has been answered by Tommy, the owner. I was able to bring my truck in quickly. Tommy’s customer service is a breath of fresh air. You’re treated like a customer, not a dollar sign. When he says he’ll call and give an update, he calls and gives you an update. Tommy and his crew were able to tackle the job and get us back on the road quickly. Pricing is fair (with a focus on quality parts) and he explains everything in detail. As a car guy, I really appreciated this and questions about the parts used and work being done don’t bother him. If your car needs AC work, this is the place to go in Broward!
I had a great experience with this company. Thomas and his staff quickly diagnosed and fixed my car’s A/C, it’s now blowing freezing cold air!!! Needed to fix my A/C and found this place on google. Make sure you make an appointment as they don't do walk-ins (it's worth it). Thomas checked my car, was honest about what he thought the issue was and we both agreed to try it out. After parts were purchased, I took my car back and he fixed it as promised within the expected time frame. Glad to see there's still honest mechanics you can count on. Will definitely recommend him for your AC needs (I have already sent 2 other people his way). Very happy with the service!
I have a 2017 Corvette with air conditioning that was no longer working.I was thrilled to find an experienced professional who really knows what he’s doing. Service was very prompt and fairly priced. Also, pleased to find that this shop can do all kinds of other repairs and maintenance!
Best service in town. My 1993 Chevy pickup needed several items of service and Tom went above and beyond. This truck now runs and drives better than is has since I bought it a couple of years ago. I fully endorse Cold Air Comfort
