My family has trusted this tax service for years, but unfortunately something has changed for the worse. They no longer return calls, and my mother is now dealing with the IRS claiming she never filed — despite having proof that she paid them for their services. We’re now forced to handle the situation ourselves, including filing IRS Form 14157 to report the issue. This experience has been deeply disappointing, and sadly, we will not be returning.

I had to pay back to the IRS and I asked them what could I do to pay less money and they said there is nothing to do. For the next year, I went with someone else and they told me that I could have save money by adding miles and other expenses. Just poor service. I was witness of someone coming to ask for his tax info and they did not him and just by providing a SSN they gave him those records. I was thinking that was easy to stole someone else info, asking for an identification would be a good thing to do.
