Second Time's a Charm! Thrilled with Imperial Rentals! This is the second time we have rented from Imperial Rentals for our major events, and we are once again extremely satisfied with their exceptional service! They truly deserve their five-star rating. Their entire operation is incredibly organized, and both the delivery and pickup crews were perfectly on time, sticking exactly to the schedule we agreed upon, which eliminates event day stress. Our sales representative was wonderfully flexible and took the time to understand our specific concerns, making several great suggestions that significantly enhanced our event setup. Furthermore, the delivery and pickup crew were very polite, professional, and helpful. We couldn't ask for a better rental partner. We will absolutely be renting from Imperial Rentals again and highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable, high-quality event rentals!

Imperial Event Rentals was excellent to work with! The customer service was on another level. The woman assisting me with the ordering process and pickup/dropoff was super responsive and helpful. I used Imperial Event Rentals for the tables and chairs at my baby shower, and everything turned out great. The office staff was very communicative throughout the process and made booking super easy.
